Srinagar: Shopkeeper shot dead, first targeted killing of 2024
Suspected terrorists of The Resistance Force fatally shot a Sikh shopkeeper, Amritpal Singh-- dry fruit seller at Habba Kadal, in Srinagar city. The attack, carried out with an AK-47 assault rifle, also wounded his friend. This marks the first targeted killing in 2024 and the first attack on non-Kashmiris this year.
