The Enforcement Directorate has asked K Kavitha, daughter of Telangana chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao, to appear before its investigating officer at its headquarters on March 20, refusing to defer her questioning after she skipped the session with the probe agency scheduled for Thursday and sought time after March 24 when the Supreme Court is to hear her plea against the summons.
