Punjab Police arrested Congress MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira on Thursday morning at his Chandigarh residence in connection with a case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, registered against him in Jalalabad of Fazilka district in 2015.
