NGOs registered under the FCRA in India will now be required to disclose details of movable and immovable assets created using foreign funds. This requirement was introduced by the Ministry of Home Affairs through a gazette notification. The ministry also extended the validity of FCRA licenses until March 2024 for entities whose licenses were expiring on September 30.
