The South Asian Climate Outlook Forum (SASCOF) has predicted a warmer-than-normal winter till December across most parts of India. The outlook indicates that maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to be above normal over most parts of South Asia, including India. The highest probabilities of above-normal night temperatures are likely over parts of west coast, central, northwest, northeast, and peninsular India. While some northeastern states and extreme north India may experience normal temperatures.
