The Punjab and Haryana high court has clarified that no condition for automatic cancellation of bail can be imposed. The court ruled that the only condition that can be imposed is that the investigating agency or the complainant can move an application for cancellation of bail. The court must be satisfied that it is necessary to cancel the bail, considering various factors. This ruling came in response to a Faridabad court's order that canceled the bail granted to Rajiya in a narcotics case.
