Banned outfit Baluch Liberation Army (BLA) said fighters of its suicide unit, Majeed Brigade, mounted the raid and claimed they inflicted “heavy casualties” on the Pakistani forces. Last week, BLA terrorists had targeted a govt complex in Gwadar in the same province. “Forces in the vicinity were mobilised to support the naval troops. During the intense fire exchange, a 24-year-old sepoy was killed,” ISPR said in a statement.
