IPL: Lucknow gun down Rajasthan for fourth win
Rajasthan Royals' return to Sawai Mansingh Stadium in nearly four years didn't turn out as expected as a spirited Lucknow Super Giants pulled off an impressive 10-run win in a low scoring IPL contest in Jaipur. The win was Lucknow's fourth of the season and it also broke Rajasthan's three-match winning streak. However, even after the defeat, Rajasthan still are at the top spot on the points table but are ahead of Lucknow only on net run rate.

Law & order restored, every dist in UP now safe: CM Yogi Adityanath
Yogi blamed successive non-BJP governments for the state earning "a bad name" in terms of law and order. "Before 2017 (when he became the chief minister), UP was known for riots and crime. Today, all districts in Uttar Pradesh are witnessing growth. Darkness has been eliminated in every way. The government is paving the way for the state's development through airports, highways, and proper enforcement of law and order," Yogi said.

Woman who remarried before appeal period ended gets no HC relief
Justices Ramesh Dhanuka and Milind Sathaye passed the order on the woman's plea to dismiss her ex-husband's appeal on account of her second marriage and cohabitation with her second husband. "This interim application is a classic example amongst litigants to try to overreach the provisions of law by creating a situation, which is difficult to reverse, thereby making pending proceedings infructuous," they said in the March 27 order.
